Our Policy Protects Our Stylists & Clients
Did you know that most stylists in our industry earn their income through commission? This means they do not receive a salary or hourly wage; they make a living by providing services to the clients in their chair. When a client cancels last-minute or doesn’t show up, it prevents the stylist from filling that time with another appointment. Since many of our stylists are booked weeks in advance, our policy ensures fairness for both our team and clients who are eagerly waiting for an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time or does not show up, a cancellation fee of 75% of the booked service fee will be charged.
Late Policy:
All clients are considered NO SHOW if more than 10 minutes late to appointment. Late Arrivals: If you are running behind please call the salon to verify your appointment can still be preformed. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or you will be rescheduled. If stylist is running behind for an appointment,
Redo Policy:
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days for a possible redo or adjustment.

Gift Cards:
Purchase: Gift vouchers are available for purchase in the salon or online. Validity: Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Redemption: Gift vouchers can be used for any service or product offered at the salon. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Methods of Payment:
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on the specific service requested. Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, mobile payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Credit Card Transaction Fee: A fee of 2.6% will be added to all transactions paid by credit card.
Other Policies:
Health Considerations: If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff. If you come to your appointment while sick, you will be rescheduled for a later date. Allergies and Medications: If you have any allergies or are taking prescription medication that may affect your service, please inform your stylist prior to your appointment. This information is crucial to ensure your safety and the best possible outcome of your service. Certain services are only available by calling into salon.
Client Conduct:
Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate behavior or abuse staff physically or verbaly. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities you may have before your appointment. If clients are in need of assistance for moving and getting around salon, the client must have a capable person available to assist them. Right to Refuse Service: Studio A.G. reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or a history of missed appointments without notice.
Liability:
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Services: While we strive for the highest standards, we are not liable for any adverse reactions to products or services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.
Privacy Policy:
Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and appointment history for booking and marketing purposes. Data Protection: Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
